Privacy Policy
Elementa: Crown of Nature is published by AMDGAMES LTD. This policy explains what information may be handled when you use Elementa on Android or the web, why it is used, and the choices available to users.
Our privacy approach
Elementa is designed to minimise data collection. The player's chosen nickname, age selection, Guardian choice, settings, progress, coin balance and rewards are primarily stored locally on the device. Players are encouraged to use a nickname rather than a real name.
Some limited information is sent off the device when a player chooses to use online competition features, advertising-supported features, or optional purchases.
Age-appropriate experience
Age information is used to provide the appropriate Elementa experience and safety settings. Elementa uses a neutral age screen before online services and advertising are enabled.
For younger users, Elementa applies age-appropriate advertising and privacy protections. On Android, ad requests are configured with child or teen treatment where applicable, and ad content is limited to a G-rated maximum.
Advertising and privacy choices
On Android, Elementa uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share certain information needed to provide, measure, secure and improve advertising services, including:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
- app interactions, such as app launches, taps and video views;
- diagnostic information, such as app launch time, hang rate and energy usage; and
- device or other identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID or App Set ID where available.
This information may be used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance.
UMP is used to request current consent information before advertising is requested where required. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, a Privacy choices control is available in Settings.
The Elementa website does not currently load a third-party advertising network and may use a local simulated reward experience instead.
Online play and competitions
When a player chooses to use online duels, room-code play, rankings or competitions, Elementa may send limited game information to the Elementa competition service, including:
- an automatically generated Guardian alias;
- competition score;
- age or age band where needed to provide the appropriate competition experience; and
- room, match or ranking information needed to operate the feature.
This information is used for app functionality, such as creating rooms, matching players, recording competition results and displaying rankings.
Elementa does not provide open chat, direct messaging, searchable player profiles or user photo uploads.
Purchases
Optional mobile coin purchases are processed by Google Play or the applicable app-store provider. Elementa does not receive full payment-card or bank-account details.
Elementa may temporarily receive purchase information, such as purchase status or a transaction token, so that it can verify a purchase and grant the purchased in-game coins or entitlement. Elementa does not use purchase information for advertising or marketing.
Website storage
The website uses essential browser storage to remember local profile information, progress and settings. Clearing browser data may remove local progress.
Device permissions
Elementa does not require precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, photos, videos, audio files, personal documents or browsing history for normal gameplay.
Data sharing and service providers
Elementa uses service providers to operate parts of the app. These may include Google for advertising, consent and Google Play purchases, and Render for hosting the Elementa competition service. Service providers process data only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
Data security
Elementa uses encrypted connections when transmitting user data. The Android app blocks cleartext network traffic for its own network connections.
Data deletion
Local game data can be removed using Reset Progress in Settings, by clearing website or app data, or by uninstalling the app.
Elementa does not currently provide an in-app or web form for requesting deletion of competition data stored by the online competition service. This matches the current Google Play Data safety disclosure.
Children and families
Elementa is designed for a mixed-age audience that includes children. We are committed to following the Google Play Families policy and to using age-appropriate privacy, advertising and safety settings for child users.
